The Main Event:
The wedding begins at 5 pm on Saturday, September 27th. Come join us for a drink, and a short ceremony around 5:45. Really short, we promise. Then the real fun - dinner (featuring our homegrown roast pig and many vegetarian options), live music, dessert, dancing, and late-night karaoke.
Dress is casual - we want everyone to be as comfortable as possible. Dress for standing, mingling, dancing, etc. We will be indoors most of the time, but you may want to enjoy the barn's scenic porch and yard - we recommend bringing a light sweater or jacket for cool fall weather.
**One important note: because of the barn's original wood floors, no outside shoes can be worn inside. You are welcome to go barefoot, wear socks, or bring light indoor shoes to change into. Thanks for understanding!**
About gifts - we really, really, really consider your presence at our celebration the only gift we need. We have asked many of our talented friends to help out in various ways with our DIY wedding, and we are so grateful for their contributions. If you do want to give a tangible gift, we would welcome a contribution towards our goal of buying a farm/homestead in the near future.
